A warm thank you to all participants for the wonderful weekend we had together in Munich. The recent kick-off seminar for Module 3 with Drubpon Tsering at the Drikung Garchen Institute e.V. on the Fivefold Path of Mahamudra was an inspiring and enriching experience for us all!
From January 27th to 28th, we delved deeply into the teachings of the Fivefold Path of Mahamudra together. The seminar atmosphere was filled with great impressions, intense feelings, and a joyful excitement that surely keeps lingering with many of us. Drubpon Tsering Rinpoche guided us through a weekend full of teachings on the general, external preparatory exercises—the four thoughts that turn the mind towards the dharma.
We were impressed by the great response to this seminar, with around 80 participants in total, about 30 on-site, and another 50 online. It brings us great joy to know that many of you even intend to participate in the entire Dharmadhara Study and Practice Program.
Drubpon Tsering was very pleased with the immense interest in these profound teachings. On Saturday evening, there was also a moving Jangchog Puja in memory of Drubpon Tsering Rinpoche’s recently deceased mother and the recently departed Ani Bärbel, a long-time Sangha member and nun at the DGI.
We are grateful for this shared journey and the opportunity to share these precious teachings with all of you. We hope that the inspiration from this past weekend continues to work within us and accompanies us throughout the entire Study and Practice Program.
The next weekend seminar on the Fivefold Path will take place on April 13th and 14th in Munich, during which we will further explore the preparatory exercises: taking refuge, Vajrasattva, mandala offerings, and guru yoga.
