Drubpön Kunsang will confer the Black Yangzab Vajravarahi Empowerment in direct transmission of the Drikung Kagyü lineage. The empowerment is connected to the Lü-jong and Tsalung Yoga practices, which Drubpön Kunsang will introduce and explain in their relationship to each other.
Marpa’s Lü-jong techniques have been practiced in the Drikung Kagyü lineage in their original form for over a millennium. These physical exercises support inner harmony and the well-being of body and mind.
Drubpön Kunsang is a retreat master and graduate of the traditional three-year retreat. His Holiness Drikung Kyabgön Thrinle Lhundrup personally granted him permission to teach these Lü-jong exercises publicly.
