Course
In the Drikung Kagyu lineage, Marpa’s Lu-jong yoga techniques have been practiced in their original, unchanged form for more than a millennium. Lu-jong can be translated as “physical exercises”. They support inner harmony and the well-being of body and mind. They can be an invaluable resource for maintaining the balance of body and mind in these difficult times.

His Holiness The Drikung Kyabgon Tinle Lhundup personally gave Drubpon Kunsang permission to make these Lu-jong exercises from Marpa available to the public. Drubpon Kunsang is a retreat master and has completed the traditional three-year retreat. This course offers the rare opportunity to be introduced to the precious Lu-jong according to Marpa’s techniques, by an authentic master.

It is possible to participate online on both days!
