Drupon Rachel and Giorgio Savigliano will teach about the Five Buddha Families over Five Weekends.

The Five Buddha Family Philosophy is the basic principle for understanding karmic and wisdom energies in the Vajrayana. The core view it is that every emotions is a distortion of pure wisdom mind and through understanding our egoic patterns we have a doorway into recognizing that mind. Each Buddha family has qualities and aspects that we can recognize in our own mind and personalities. We tend to fall into one or two main families. In the course we will discover each of the five families and the five elements related to them through body, prana and meditation exercises. It is very fascinating and liberating to learn about our connection to these Buddha families and begin to use this knowledge to transform our own emotions into wisdom energies.
