The Uttaratantra is a text on Buddha nature written by the exalted Maitreya. It is suitable for fully revealing our own Buddha nature and for growing our confidence that we can dissolve the obscurations and realize what we all are, namely Buddhas.
Khenpo Konchog Choskyab was among the first group of monks who started to study Buddhist philosophy at the newly established Drikung Kagyu Institute in Dehra Dun, India, in 1987. With the support of H.H. Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang Rinpoche, he was able to continue his studies for another three years at the Sakya Dzongsar Institute after nine years of study. After that, he studied at Drepung Loseling Monastery in South India for nine more years, starting in 2001, and received the title of Khenpo from H. H. Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang Rinpoche. Khenpo la has an inexhaustible knowledge and great warmth.
