This is the third year that Drubpön Rachel and Giorgio are offering this course to learn the practical principles of Tibetan Yoga (Trülkhor) as well as the system of channels, pranas, and drops. All the necessary preparations to correctly and safely engage in Tibetan yoga will be explored in detail. Here, we focus on the key principles of breath, mind, and body to prepare for the Tibetan yogas, especially the famous vase breathing. We will practice and deepen the sequences of Tibetan yoga that cleanse channels and chakras. We will also explore the vajra recitation as taught by H.E. Garchen Rinpoche, learning it in detail and understanding how it prepares us for the practices of the Six Yogas of Naropa. Variations of these advanced practices will be taught to suit the different levels of participants so that most practitioners can benefit from these ancient practices without harm.
