Tibetan Yoga is a system of breathing and movement used by tantric yogis for the transformation of body, speech, and mind. The practices work with the subtle body of prana, channels, chakras, and life essence.
The retreat teaches fundamental principles of Tibetan yoga practices in a gentle and systematic way. Vase breathing is learned step by step – from the foundations of healthy breathing through relaxation and meditation techniques to the actual vase breathing. Vase breathing forms the foundation of all Tibetan yoga practices. Additionally, traditional Trülkhor sequences are taught to safely purify and open the subtle body.
Giorgio Savigliano combines his knowledge of Vajrayana practice in the Drikung Kagyü tradition with expertise in Indian yoga traditions and Western anatomy of breathing. The teachings are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
